PLANT & MACHINE DETAILS
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Our factory is situated in Erode, India. We have a full Manufacturing Facility, right from Grey to Finished Products. We are equipped with imported Airjet looms & Sulzer looms to manufacture the fabric and meet our customers' needs. We can produce 100% Cotton Bed sheets/Pillow covers (All Thread Counts) and Polycotton materials.
Our production capacity is around 10 Lakh Metres per month, which can cater to all our Customer’s Fabric needs in a timely production/supply. Around 150 Nos. of staffs, are directly/indirectly incorporated in the Manufacturing process, such as Fabric Processing, Cone Winding, Quality Checking.
STITCHING & PACKING UNIT
The stitching unit is running with imported sewing machines to supply good-quality finished goods. We have modern packing machines to fulfil bulk orders.
QUALITY CONTROL
All our products are thoroughly checked by our Quality Control Department, from raw material to final product. All necessary tests are conducted to ensure product standards and Quality before dispatch on our end.
